 Mechanism characteristics and working principle
Sprocket components is mainly composed of sprocket body, bearing seat, oil seal, sprocket shaft and other parts. The sprocket body is forged by alloy steel and the tooth shape is processed by four axis CNC. In order to increase its strength and prolong its service life, quenching treatment of quenching and tempering is adopted. When installing the sprocket shaft set, clean the rust layer outside the spline, scrub the spline and then apply the butter.
Note: 1. When one side of the sprocket body of the sprocket components is worn over *0mm, it must be changed to the direction before use.
2. The sprocket components of the scraper conveyor must be refueled in accordance with regulations during the test run, and the inspection must be carried out when the scraper is still.
